About

I am currently a third-year clinical psychology doctoral student at Northern Arizona University. I have Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Neuroscience and a Master’s in Psychology from Arizona State University.

Beyond my academic pursuits, I have had incredible experiences that have enriched my understanding of the human experience. I have been fortunate to travel to over 30 countries across North/South America, Africa, and Europe, immersing myself in different cultures and broadening my perspective. In addition, I have a unique passion for training miniature horses to become therapy animals, recognizing the immense healing potential they offer.

My dedication to mental health is reflected in my experience working closely with clients diagnosed with severe mental illnesses. I have also gained valuable practical experience through my work on a crisis and suicide hotline, providing support and assistance to individuals during their most vulnerable moments. Moreover, I run a weekly group therapy session specifically designed for veterans struggling with substance abuse issues.

With genuine empathy and a deep understanding of the complexities of human behavior, I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental therapeutic space. I am committed to helping individuals navigate their journeys toward improved mental well-being, offering guidance and support along the way.”
