About Regan
Regan (pronounced REE-gan) was born-and-raised as an Arizona local. She graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Psychological Sciences from NAU Flagstaff in 2021 and later worked as a direct care worker for a loved one before attending graduate school, where she is currently a fourth-year doctoral student of Clinical Psychology at Northern Arizona University, North Valley. Regan spends a great deal of her academic time focused on bridging the gap between applied psychological research and practice through community involvement and advocacy. Clinically, Regan has experience working with substance use and addictive behaviors among adults in a residential treatment setting, as well as providing individual psychotherapy services to individuals of all ages in private practice and community mental health settings. Regan emphasizes the power of personal strengths and natural support in her work with others and has a deep respect and appreciation for connection and introspection as the centers of healing and therapeutic growth. She takes a humanistic yet bespoke approach to therapy, as each of us has unique needs and preferences. Some modalities she integrates include cognitive-behavioral, family systems, Adlerian, and attachment-informed principles. In Regan’s free time, she enjoy riding her bike, playing chess, visiting family, and listening to live music.
