About Lindsay

I was born and raised in Denver, Colorado and began my academic journey at the University of Arizona. There, I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Family Studies and Human Development. During that time, I completed an internship in case management, which gave me valuable experience in supporting clients and navigating systems of care.

Currently, I am a third-year Clinical Mental Health Counseling master’s candidate at Northern Arizona University’s North Valley campus. My graduate studies have further shaped my interest in families, relationships, and the many ways our connections impact our well-being. I am passionate about helping people grow, heal, and reconnect with themselves, both mentally and physically

I believe therapy is a brave and meaningful step. Here, everyone has the ability to heal, grow, and make sense of their experiences. My therapeutic approach is grounded in compassion and collaboration, and I tailor sessions to meet each client’s unique needs, experiences, and goals. I strive to create a nonjudgmental space where individuals feel safe, supported, and truly seen. Some modalities I utilize include person-centered therapy, CBT, IFS, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness.

Outside of PCS, I enjoy practicing pilates and lagree, discovering local matcha spots, traveling, and spending time with my puppy, Charlie.
