About Kira

I am passionate about guiding individuals on their path to authenticity, empowerment, and healing. I believe that within each person lies inner strength and the potential to live a fulfilling and meaningful life. Therapy is a courageous step, and my role is to create a supportive space where you feel safe to explore your experiences and embrace growth.

As a trauma-informed therapist, I honor each person with compassion and curiosity, recognizing that trust and honesty are essential for meaningful change. I work alongside individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges to uncover patterns, build resilience, and cultivate healthier connections with themselves and others. I believe in the transformative power of therapy and feel privileged to walk with you as you move toward greater balance, joy, and meaning in your life

My approach is integrative and tailored to individual needs. Rooted in Person-Centered Therapy, I utilize modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Somatic practices, CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT), strength-based approaches, and mindfulness practices.

I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in Somatic from Prescott College. As a Licensed Associate Counselor, I am currently under the supervision of Marcus R. Earle, Ph.D., LMFT, CSAT, S-PSB, CST
