About Kendra

Through a trauma-informed lens, I find it important to give you the space to feel and process your experiences. I seek to incorporate a strength-based narrative into a common practice in your life with compassion, empathy, and challenge. Recognizing that progress isn’t linear, my focus is to encourage you to give your authentic-self grace throughout your therapeutic journey.

I have a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an Emphasis in Trauma. I have worked with clients who are struggling with self-compassion, body image issues, codependence relationship issues, and those who have experienced trauma.

With a person-centered therapy approach, I use the following modalities with my clients: Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and narrative therapy.

I would be honored to be a part of your healing journey.
