When you sit with me, I want you to be truly seen. I believe everyone deserves fulfillment.
I strive to guide my clients to gain a deep understanding of self and improve emotional intelligence to achieve the most out of life. My clients can count on me to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment for us to grow. I am currently a third-year clinical psychology doctoral student at Northern Arizona University. The therapeutic modalities I provide for client care includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered, Skills Training, Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy, Gottman, Motivational Interviewing. Prior to my graduate education I obtained a Bachelor of Arts as a psychology major at Arizona State University. I am currently an intern under the supervision of Marcus Earle, Ph.D., LMFT, CSAT, S-PSB.
I have been fortunate to have experience in a variety of psychological work. While studying to obtain my BA in psychology at ASU, I gained clinical experience working with individuals who suffered with addiction and trauma at an outpatient rehabilitation facility.
During undergrad I also assisted in several psychological research studies. As a graduate student I performed psychological evaluations that addressed symptomology related to conduct, trauma, neurodevelopmental issues, sexually maladaptive behaviors, emotion dysregulation, and attachment concerns/disorders. This experience has allowed me to offer individually customized recommendations for children, adolescents, and adults in need of treatment.
Outside of the world of psychology, I enjoy being a mother, spending quality time with loved ones, watching documentaries, listening to music and audio books.
We strive to match you with the right program and the right people. Call today to get started.
