Master’s in Clinical Mental Health CounselingI was born in England and moved to the U.S. when I was 14, an experience that shaped my deep appreciation for change, identity, and resilience. I earned my B.S. in Psychology from Arizona State University and later completed a Master’s in Organizational and Industrial Psychology at University College London. Over time, my passion for mental health and human connection guided me toward clinical work, and I’m currently completing a CACREP-accredited Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University.
My approach blends psychodynamic, attachment-based and emotionally-focused frameworks, while also incorporating narrative and strengths-based practices. I believe that therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered. My goal is to meet you with compassion, empathy and curiosity – without judgment – so we can explore and understand your story together, supporting your path toward healing and growth.
Outside of PCS, I enjoy hiking with my husband and our dog, discovering new music and practicing Pilates as a way to reset and find balance.
