As one of the senior therapist at PCS, I have 25 years of experience in treating sexual addiction and sex offender behavior. I specialize in confronting denial in addiction and the treating the nuance of impact around sex offender behavior. I have experience at all levels of providing family treatment around the impact of addiction and conduct workshops on sexual addiction, shame reduction and spirituality. I hold a Master of Divinity degree from Nazarene Theological Seminary and have 23 years of pastoral ministry experience. I earned my Master of Arts degree in counseling from Ottawa University and certified as a professional Counselor, a Sex Addictions Counselor, and a Substance Abuse Counselor.
I have authored the Clarification Workbook, written many contributions to professional journals and have been a contributing author to 3 books. I am an experienced professional communicator and have spoken on numerous radio and television programs; written for the Sexual Addiction & Compulsivity Journal and have spoken at workshops and conferences internationally.
I facilitate three men’s groups with over 45 men focusing on sexual addiction. I was a charter board member of Interfaith Sexual Trauma Institute and served on the executive council and currently a charter member of the New Hope Educational Foundation.
