About Gabriella

Gabriella Corsino is a third-year Doctoral Student in Clinical Psychology at Northern Arizona University. She is currently the co-president of Pride Jacks at NAU, a 2SLGBTQ+ student organization at NAU North Valley. In 2021, she graduated with departmental honors from Chapman University where she earned two Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Political Science. During her time at Chapman, Gabriella was part of the Student Government Association and completed an internship at Chapman’s Brain Institute. She has experience working with the National Eating Disorder Association (NEDA) and The National Association for Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders (ANAD) as a volunteer and mentor. Gabriella is a yoga teacher (RYT 200) at Urban Yoga in Phoenix and loves bringing mindfulness techniques into her therapy sessions.

Originally from Massachusetts, and deeply rooted in Southern California, Gabriella relocated to Phoenix in 2022, began her Doctoral degree soon. Gabriella is interested in working in trauma, among other specializations, and is in the process of becoming a certified EMDR therapist. She completed her first practicum placement providing therapy (including EMDR), neurofeedback, and assessment at Serin Center and is grateful for the opportunity to join the team at PCS.
