Whether you have engaged in therapy before and want to jump into therapy again, or are considering taking the courageous steps to seek therapy for the first time, I am devoted to supporting you.  I endeavor to aid you in exploring and taking a stand against the depression, shame, anxiety, embarrassment, trauma, pain, unworthiness, sleep problems, insecurities, stressors, and/or other problems you face.

I have a passion for supporting families, couples, and individuals who are facing shame and grief through remembering conversations I am here to offer you a collaborative, supportive, and safe space where you feel heard and understood so you can utilize the courage and persistence necessary to achieve your goals.

I am a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist.  I hold a Master of Arts in Couple and Family Therapy from Regis University in Denver, CO. My training provided me with a systemic and poststructural lens, meaning I view problems and solutions in the context of relationships. I have published work on shame and support people in developing personal agency.
